About The Event
This in-person course is an introduction to Wild Turkey Hunting.
You'll learn what to look for when scouting, discover the habitat preferred by wild turkeys, and understand their biology and behavior.
After an introduction to the calls and sounds turkeys make, you'll have the opportunity to try different style turkey calls to find your favorite.
Finally we'll discuss gun safety and specifically talk about shotgun fit and function. Then, we'll head to the range and for an opportunity to shoot and pattern the shotguns.
No experience necessary, equipment rental available.
