About The Event
Ready to take your outdoor skills to the next level? Join Venery for RIFLE READY™, our women-led rifle instruction course designed to enhance your skills and ensure a successful and safe hunting experience. Whether you're new, or a seasoned hunter, Rifle Ready welcomes participants of all skill levels. It's a fantastic opportunity to build self-reliance, meet new friends, and boost your shooting skills.
Your time on the range includes in-depth instruction on how to handle a rifle safely, understanding ammunition, sighting in and rifle maintenance , hunting licenses and regulations, ethics and conservation.
In this course you will learn to:
Master Rifle Safety: Keep yourself and others safe with top-notch safety protocols.
Understand Ammunition: Choose the right rounds for every hunting scenario.
Maintain Your Rifle: Learn the ins and outs of cleaning and caring to maintain your rifle.

Full Series Registration
Register for all FOUR evening sessions and join us every Wednesday evening for the complete Rifle Ready Series. Session 1: Rifle Handling + Understanding Ammunition Session 2: Maintain your Rifle + Perfect Sighting in Session 3: Navigate Hunting Regulations Session 4: Determine your Ethical Shooting Range Participants are encouraged to bring their own rifles, ammunition, eye and ear protection or reserve ours by adding on the equipment registration.

Single Session
This registration is for ONE session, 5pm -dark Session 1: Rifle Handling + Understanding Ammunition, rental equipment available separately, add the single session equipment. Each session is part of the whole course, building off the previous session. Beginner? attend all three sessions in sequence. If you have some shooting experience, and would like instruction on sighting in then session 2 is for you, and session 3 covers shooting positions, effective range and regulations.
